About the VT 5 cast iron wood stove

With a 650 mm width, 750 mm height and 520 mm depth, the VT 5 takes up less wall space than the VT 2 yet covers a similar 80–100 m². It weighs 150 kg, giving it noticeably more thermal mass than the VT 2 at a smaller size. The Ø 152 mm flue outlet keeps installation straightforward on most existing chimneys.

Where the VT 4 adds a side-loading door, the VT 5 keeps a clean front-loading layout that many traditional buyers prefer. It is often the model installers recommend when a room is a little too large for the VT 1 and too narrow for the VT 2. For private-label ranges, the VT 5 cast iron wood stove takes logo plates, custom handles and RAL colours well. Ask about OEM options for your brand.

Vesta, goddess of the hearth, inspires our classic cast iron stoves — timeless silhouettes, superb heat retention and a warm, traditional character.

The VT 5 is part of our Vesta collection, where you can compare every size and finish side by side.

VT 5 cast iron wood stove – frequently asked questions

How large an area can the VT 5 heat?

The VT 5 is rated for about 80–100 m². The real figure depends on insulation, ceiling height, room layout and local climate, so a well-insulated home may need less and an old stone house more. Send us the floor plan and we will help you confirm the right model.

What flue diameter does the VT 5 need?

The VT 5 has a Ø 152 mm flue outlet. Before installation, a qualified installer or chimney sweep should check the chimney’s condition, height and draft, and confirm clearances against local building rules. Test reports and declarations for relevant standards (e.g. EN 13240, EN 13229) are available on request.

Can the VT 5 be customised under our own brand?

Yes. We offer OEM and private-label options including your logo, RAL colour, door, handle and leg designs, log store or oven modules where the body allows, custom packaging and multilingual manuals. Tell us your target market and we will propose the changes that make sense for the VT 5.

What is the MOQ, sample policy and lead time for the VT 5?

We keep trial MOQs low and the VT 5 can be mixed with other models in one container. Samples ship by sea or rail, with the cost credited against your first container. Standard models usually leave the factory 30–45 days after deposit, after 100 % pre-shipment inspection with photo reports.

Which test documents are available for the VT 5?

Test reports and declarations for relevant standards, such as EN 13240 for freestanding stoves or EN 13229 for inset appliances, are available on request for qualified models. Importers should check the rules of their market, for example the EU Ecodesign regulation. Tell us where you sell the VT 5 and we will confirm which documents apply.
