About the VT 3 cast iron wood stove
At 190 kg on a 720 × 710 × 600 mm frame, the VT 3 carries far more iron than its siblings, and that mass is what keeps the room warm long after the last log. It is rated for about 100–120 m², the largest area in the collection, and uses a Ø 152 mm flue so it can replace older stoves without changing the liner. The airwash system keeps the ceramic glass clear through long burns.
Offer it as the step up from the VT 2 when a buyer asks for longer burns rather than a wider window. Because of its weight, ship the VT 3 cast iron wood stove on its own pallet slot when you plan a mixed container. Use our guide to sizing a wood stove to confirm it is the right fit for each home.
Vesta, goddess of the hearth, inspires our classic cast iron stoves — timeless silhouettes, superb heat retention and a warm, traditional character.
The VT 3 is part of our Vesta collection, where you can compare every size and finish side by side.
VT 3 cast iron wood stove – frequently asked questions
How large an area can the VT 3 heat?
The VT 3 is rated for about 100–120 m². The real figure depends on insulation, ceiling height, room layout and local climate, so a well-insulated home may need less and an old stone house more. Send us the floor plan and we will help you confirm the right model.
What flue diameter does the VT 3 need?
The VT 3 has a Ø 152 mm flue outlet. Before installation, a qualified installer or chimney sweep should check the chimney’s condition, height and draft, and confirm clearances against local building rules. Test reports and declarations for relevant standards (e.g. EN 13240, EN 13229) are available on request.
Can the VT 3 be customised under our own brand?
Yes. We offer OEM and private-label options including your logo, RAL colour, door, handle and leg designs, log store or oven modules where the body allows, custom packaging and multilingual manuals. Tell us your target market and we will propose the changes that make sense for the VT 3.
What is the MOQ, sample policy and lead time for the VT 3?
We keep trial MOQs low and the VT 3 can be mixed with other models in one container. Samples ship by sea or rail, with the cost credited against your first container. Standard models usually leave the factory 30–45 days after deposit, after 100 % pre-shipment inspection with photo reports.
Which test documents are available for the VT 3?
Test reports and declarations for relevant standards, such as EN 13240 for freestanding stoves or EN 13229 for inset appliances, are available on request for qualified models. Importers should check the rules of their market, for example the EU Ecodesign regulation. Tell us where you sell the VT 3 and we will confirm which documents apply.
